All prices are based on current market conditions and are
subject to change without notice. Our inventory changes constantly. Please

New accounts are cash upon delivery (COD). Net 10th of
each month for established credit accounts. We offer the usual terms to
firms of known credit. Credit may be established with satisfactory bank
and trade references. past due accounts are subject to a 1-1/2% per month
service charge.
All prices are FOB our production facility located at 4350 VZCR 1903 Edgewood, TX 75117. We load all trucks. Customer is
responsible for unloading truck. There is a $600 minimum order for delivery.
That does not include freight.
We give no warranty, expressed or implied, as to life,
description, quality, productiveness, or any other matter of any nursery
stock we sell. We shall in no case be liable for any sum greater than the
amount originally received for said nursery stock. We do not warrant any
stock we grow.
Claims must be made in writing to our office stating
specific problem and counts within 5 days after receipt of stock. Our
liability ceases after plants are loaded on your truck. We do not guarantee
any plant material.
